He suffers from a chronic disorder that presents itself in different forms and progressions, but which requires treatment and regular follow-up in Psychiatry.
Citizen Daut Laze was under the influence of illness before, during and after the commission of the criminal offense, in a trial led by paranoid delusions, being unable to properly understand and control his actions, without realizing that he was committing a criminal offense or the consequences that stem from it.
According to information, people undergoing medical treatment are treated under Law 44/12 and not under the law that treats detainees and convicts, and as a result, security elements have been at low levels./ TCH
