At around 11:20 today, the Vau i Dejës Police Station received a call from a citizen reporting that he had been injured in a tent in "Fushë e Liqenit," in the village of Shllak.
After initial investigations, it emerged that citizen FD (suspected of having mental health problems) had not suffered any injuries, but had gone through a critical situation due to low temperatures, experiencing frostbite of the limbs.
He had asked for help to cope with this situation.
Due to the difficult terrain on Mount Cukali, police were transporting FD on foot to the ambulance that had arrived near the scene.
Currently, his life is out of danger and he is receiving the necessary medical assistance.
