About two months after the SPAK operation to crack down on Inez Hajrulla's criminal group, details from the investigative file are revealed for the first time.
Wiretaps on SKY Ecc show that Hajrulla and his right-hand man Ervis Matodashaj constantly receive information that Fatmir Hyseni's group, known as "Doqe", have long been preparing to attack them.
They exchange messages with each other, about the locations, the people involved and the cars they use. But unable to go to Fatmir Hyseni, who is also considered a shadow of justice, they decide to cut off his arms before he attacks them. And Gentian Qarri was targeted.
In February 2021, after discovering some of the members of the rival group, they are interested in finding the base, so that, as the much-sought-after Hajrulla says, "They can take you to the state," which means informing the police authorities.
The investigative file also sheds light on the tracking of opponents through GPS devices installed in cars to track their movements and carry out executions.
The information coming from the rival group did not come to Inez Hajrulla by chance, but it is suspected that she had a contact who informed her about everything, even about the plan to get rid of her and her collaborator Ervis Matodashaj.
SPAK says that the latter two, namely Hajrulla and Matodashaj, communicated with the group that killed Gentian Qarri with their orders via radio. The facts were evidenced after the execution, where the duo in question was interested in every detail during conversations on SKY ECC.
Ervis Matodashaj: The ambulance took him.
Inez Hajrulla: Let him take her, he'll be right up to the hospital steps if the ambulance takes him.
This means that Qarri was being transported by ambulance and Hajrulla expresses his belief that he will not survive his injuries.
Everything went according to plan, until the perpetrators escaped or the vehicle disappeared. In the conversation, it is revealed that something is going in their favor, the police from the information on the operational routes seem to be mistaken about the type of vehicle of the perpetrators, which turns into a discussion between Matodashaj and Hajrulla.
