New details have emerged from the serious incident recorded in the "8 Shkurti" neighborhood in Fier, where a 47-year-old man was found dead in an apartment he had entered to steal.
Fier police have identified the victim as Ilir Zarka, 47. According to the official announcement, he was found lifeless at the window of the apartment, at the moment he had attempted to enter.
A preliminary examination of the body revealed no signs of violence. Investigators suspect that the 47-year-old died of asphyxiation after being trapped in a window while attempting to enter the apartment.
"In the "8 Shkurti" neighborhood, Fier, citizen IZ, 47 years old, was found without signs of life, in the window of an apartment.

The apartment is owned by Wan Lule, who has been in Greece with his children for a month. According to his brother, Nikollaq Lule, a neighbor who was taking care of the house noticed the body and notified the police. He said that when he was found, the victim was masked with a hood and gloves.
"My brother has been in Greece with his children for a month. I was here two days ago, I checked, there was nothing. A neighbor passes by who comes every day to feed the dog. He had found a person here in the window, he had run to call the police, he also called his brother. I came here, the police did the verifications. Initially, he had broken the glass there, there was nothing to be found, he came to the window of the house, he tried to get in there, he got stuck half his body, nothing could even come out. In the morning, the neighbor came and found him dead," said the brother of the owner of the apartment.
