A tritol explosion occurred in the early hours of this morning in Shkodër in the apartment of 62-year-old citizen Frida Sala. It was 3:40 a.m. when the explosive exploded in the house of the 62-year-old woman.
From this event, there is only material damage caused to the door of the house, walls and windows that were broken and a vehicle that was parked.
Meanwhile, the whole Sala family was inside the apartment, the 62-year-old woman with her son, husband and children. Police forces immediately arrived at the scene, starting investigations to determine the amount of tritol. The operatives have managed to secure the images of the moment of the suspected perpetrator who comes on a motorcycle with a spacesuit on his head and after throwing the explosive substance in the Sala family's apartment, leaves quickly.
From the cameras, the police have not been able to identify the perpetrator until now because of the spacesuit he was wearing on his head. 62-year-old Frida Sala, who works at the Hani i Hoti customs office at the scale, weighing the goods entering and leaving the customs office, has declared that she has no conflicts with anyone.
The citizen Frida Sala declared that they were awake and getting ready to eat the Suhoor meal since they are fasting in this holy month of Ramadan. The 62-year-old retires in a few months, and the police currently do not connect the incident with her work.
The police also interrogated the 62-year-old's son, citizen Dori Sala, who also stated that he has no conflicts with anyone and that he does not know who the perpetrators could be. The latter works in an Internet company and is not known as a problematic person. The other brother is in Italy and works as a truck driver. Until now, the motive of this incident is unclear for the police. The whole family together with the neighbors in a small alley in the neighborhood "Tom Kola" in Shkodër were shocked by this strong explosion which was heard throughout that area. The police and the prosecutor's office of Shkodra are continuing the investigations for the complete disclosure of this event that happened in Shkodra.
