Other details from the murder in Laknas, where Maliq Marku killed the neighbor after the fight over the sewage canal, are revealed. 69-year-old Marku, who has expressed remorse in court for the crime, has long had conflicts with residents of the area because of a sewage channel that he wanted to open, but which the residents of the area between whom and the victim have not agreed.
Meanwhile, the Tirana court has set the security measure of "prison arrest" for Malik Mark.

In these moments, the citizen Ilir Kuka with his left hand touched the right hand of Maliq, which made it possible to divert the pistol of the person under investigation, Maliq Marku, who shot 3 or 4 more times in the direction of the citizen Ismet Keqa. , who, as a result of the intervention of the citizen Ilir Kula, only suffered injuries as a result of these shots. The person under investigation shot until his gun was open, i.e. until all the bullets in the magazine of his gun ran out.
After these shootings, the person under investigation again pointed the pistol at Ismet, but the citizen Ilir Kuka at this moment grabbed both of Maliqi's hands together with the pistol, lowering it towards the ground, where at this moment Maliqi shot and a single time towards the ground. The person under investigation shot until his gun was open, that is, until all the bullets in the magazine of his gun ran out ," the file states.
Prosecutor Florian Bonjaku has asked for the measure of 'prison arrest' for the 69-year-old, while in the request for the security measure it is stated that he poses a risk to leave, given that on the day of the incident he had booked a ticket to leave in England, where he has been living for years.
After the murder on November 30, Mark went to the apartment where he once again covered the comb of his pistol with the cartridges he had in his pocket. In his apartment are 1 rubber baton like the police, 3 shotgun cartridges and a pipe that was used for cleaning weapons.
