The police have arrested 40-year-old Durim Koçi, who raped a school guard in Elbasan.

Yesterday, the prosecution issued an arrest warrant for the parent who beat the guard of the "Qamil Guranjaku" school in Elbasan.

 It is suspected that the reason was that the guard did not allow him to enter the school premises. He raped the school guard in front of the students, while the 70-year-old fell to the ground from the blows.

Koçi is also the chairman of the SP in Elbasan.
