It is not just an amateur video that proves the threats, violence and threats to kill the 41-year-old Bedrie Loka, but there are 3 such.
All three videos were made by the phone of the little son of Bedries, KL, who, in three episodes of violence against his mother, filmed his father Xhemal alias Ervis Loka on the phone, as the violence threatens to kill his wife.
The three videos are the main evidence administered by the Durrës prosecution and police, while the officers also interrogated the young son of the Loka couple, who told everything that happened inside the walls of the house.
"Ora News" has learned that in one of the videos, Xhemal Loka grabs his wife by the head, insults her with insulting words, threatens and hits her with hard objects.
While the scenes with knife threats and threats have the other two videos, which were recorded by the couple's little son.
During the interrogation, the arrested Xhemal Loka considered the content of these videos to be a normal part of the couple's life, influenced by the insults towards her on the social network, as well as the distance.
Until now, he has been arrested for the charge of "causing suicide" against his wife. While it is expected that this week he will appear before the court to get acquainted with the security measure of detention in prison that the prosecution will request.
Xhemal Loka has stood by the statements made in advance since January 2, that his wife was killed by sedra after derogatory language, abusive photos that continued to circulate on the "Tik Tok" social network.
The police file states that the mother of 4 children passed away on January 3, 2024 at the "Mother Teresa" hospital in Tirana. The police started the investigation by going to the victim's apartment.
On the first floor of the apartment, in the living room, a plastic bottle of water and several capsules with a cylindrical tube, suspected to be phototoxin, which the 41-year-old woman is suspected to have consumed, were found.

Regarding this event, the victim's husband, Xhemal Loka, was questioned, who explained that on December 27, 2023, he came to Albania, after being in France. He clarified that he lives with his family consisting of Bedrie Loka and 4 children.
"...I have 3 sons, their names are DL, KL and AL, and a daughter to whom I am engaged. I don't cry because my wife has had stress and anxiety about it lately. The woman may have carried out this action as a result of the fact that about a year ago unidentified persons opened an address on "Tik Tok" in her name...", the husband told the police.
Furthermore, Xhemal Loka did not cry that the night before the Bedrie Loka event, he was fine, there were no worries, and they even had a good time celebrating the New Year.
But according to him, for a long time she had shown the idea that she could not afford the photo they published on the "TIK TOK" network.
"...I went in the morning and saw Bedri lying on the floor in the living room, right in the middle of the house.
With his brother's vehicle, we transported him to the Durrës Hospital emergency room, and there they informed him that he had consumed phototoxin, and they sent him by ambulance to QSUT for more specialized treatment and then they took him to intensive care.
But due to his serious condition, he passed away...", said Xhemal Loka.
