The photo of Shkëlqim Duka, the police officer, who in cooperation with his brother Florian Duka killed the businessman Eduart Reçi, has been published.
The person in the photo is a police officer, with the duties of judicial police officer (OPGJ) at police station no. 2 in Tirana.
As the police announced earlier, Reçi was committed to building a building, the construction of which required cooperation and agreement with other people bordering the businessman's property. This is where the conflict arose between him and the two Duka brothers, who clashed over the ownership of the land where the facility would be developed, and decided to execute the businessman.
After the investigations carried out, it became possible to clarify the possibility and now the two brothers have fallen into the hands of the police.
