The police in Fier seized 30,000 euros from 30-year-old Armando Bregasi, who was convicted in Greece for participating in a criminal organization.
"DVP Fier/The coded operation "The end" is finalized. The Sector for the Investigation of Economic Crimes has executed the decision of the Prosecutor's Office to place a preventive seizure on a bank account with 30,000 euros that is suspected to have benefited from the criminal activities carried out by a 30 - year old.
The 30-year-old, arrested in Greece, for the criminal offenses "Trafficking in narcotics" and "Criminal organization".
As part of an investigation carried out for several months, with proactive methods, at the direction of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Fier, the Sector for the Investigation of Economic Crimes, in implementation of the decision of this prosecution, has imposed a preventive seizure on a bank account with the amount of 30,000 euros, in the name of AB citizen, 30 years old, resident in Fier.
The investigative work continues for the identification and seizure of other assets of this citizen, which may have benefited from criminal activities.
The procedural materials will be transferred to the Prosecutor's Office, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Cleaning the products of a criminal offense or criminal activity", the police informs.
