Only 9 days after they had killed Gjin Ndoj alias Boričin in the area of Vau t Deja in Shkodër, Ervis Martinaj came into contact with his nemesis, Leonard Duka, asking the latter if he had managed to recognize Gjin, the one from Shkodra.
The conversation between the two seemingly sworn opponents is quite normal, but the content implies that Ervis Martinaj wants to buy information or see Leonard Duka's reaction regarding the murder of Gjin Ndoji.
According to the conversation, before he was killed, Gjin Ndoj alias Boriçi was beaten by the group and then shot to death with three bullets. Martinaj, tells Leonard Duka, that Gjin Ndoji was a friend of Bujar Lika, killed only 2 months before Gjin in Mamurras, (May 30, 2020).
But according to Martinaj, Gjini was a swindler, as he had taken 100,000 euros and left it all in the lotto.
Moreover, Martinaj tells Leonard Duka that Gjin Ndoj had lied to the boxer about a criminal order: "...I'll give it today...I'll give it tomorrow...I'll take it hostage...I think Masanej spied on him. ..masanej you have Nardi right here...you have att...att...there...you have Vlora...you have Fier....it was my friend Ari...qelbaniku....".
On the other hand, Leonard Duka replies that he doesn't know Gjini at all, affirming that: "...You have him behind you...I didn't know about him and I didn't even talk to him...".
The conversation between the two bosses of the two criminal groups took place 9 days after the murder of Gjin Ndoj, at 17:25 in August 2020. This conversation was reflected by SPAK in the "Metamorfoza" file, which has already been sent to the court.
Among other things, Duka and Martinaj have this conversation as follows:
Ervis Martinaj: Did you know that Gjin...?!...Shkodran...?
Leonard Duka: ...What I have, I have those who paint like this...
Ervis Martinaj: That fellow boxer...he strangled us...intrigue....
Leonard Duka: You have it behind you... I have news....
