Serious incident in Reç prison, 35-year-old convict found hanged in cell!

A serious incident occurred in Reç prison, where a young man was found hanged in his cell.

Media sources indicate that the victim has been identified as Sandër Deda, 35 years old.

The 35-year-old was immediately noticed by prison staff and transported to Shkodra Hospital, but died in the emergency room.

According to the prison's medical team, the 35-year-old was treated as a patient with mental health problems.
