The first day of work proved fatal for a 24-year-old Albanian in Greece. The young man lost his life this morning at a construction site where sewage drainage works were being carried out.
The event took place in Agrini, Greece, where according to "Protothema", the young man was not an employee of the municipality but a staff member of the company that was carrying out the works. The young Albanian had his first day of work on the day he passed away.
Information suggests that he may have been hit by an excavator, but the exact circumstances of his death are still unknown.
The ambulance immediately arrived at the scene and transported the injured worker to the Agrin hospital, but unfortunately he did not survive his injuries.
