The police of Shkodra have solved the murder in the village of Hot i Ri on Thursday evening, where 33-year-old Valter Fierza was shot dead.
According to the investigations so far, 5 people were involved in this event. They are the suspected perpetrator of the crime Klodian Mhilli 24 years old, AM 23 years old, PM 22 years old, LM, 20 years old and ED 38 years old.
According to the police, these people are suspected to have had a conflict for weak motives outside a bar with the victim's brother, Kolë Fierza, 35 years old.
After the conflict, Valter Fierza approached the scene in a vehicle. As soon as he saw the vehicle, Klodian Mhilli allegedly shot several times with a Kalashnikov in the direction of the 33-year-old, leaving him dead on the spot.
The people involved in the conflict are wanted by the police.
As material evidence, a pistol (suspectedly in the possession of the citizen Klodian Mhiili) and 3 cartridges that were found at the scene were seized.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
