A serious event took place in Italy where a 28-year-old man was stabbed to death yesterday evening in the Casette neighborhood.
28-year-old Stefano Bartoli, a name known to the police, was killed by a 43-year-old Albanian, who was arrested by the carabinieri, Italian media write.
The murder, according to an initial reconstruction, happened shortly after 21:00 yesterday evening, after an argument.
Struck to death with a kitchen knife, Bartoli tried to escape from the Albanian's house, but collapsed a few meters away, in the middle of the road.
He was spotted by two elderly people who immediately called the police and the ambulance.
After receiving footage from the surveillance cameras of several houses along the road and listening to several witnesses, the police arrested the Albanian as the suspected author of the event.
It is a 43-year-old man, a resident of Italy for many years, who lived at home with his retired mother after the death of his father. The Carabinieri continue the investigation to clarify the causes of the crime.
