The photo of 39-year-old Gentian Mino, who was arrested this morning, after executing his 28-year-old Romanian roommate Jana Baja with a pistol, is published.
The serious incident took place in their apartment in Greece, where according to the neighboring police, Mino killed him in a drunken state. He was the one who called the police saying that he had executed the Romanian citizen.
In his statements to the police, the 39-year-old admits to the crime and declares that before the act he argued fiercely with the victim.
According to him, during the ongoing debate, he took out a pistol that he kept in the apartment without a permit and shot it twice. One of the bullets hit Jana Baja in the head, leaving her dead on the spot.
The police announce that Mino is known for his ties to drug trafficking and the use of narcotics. He was sent to the Police Directorate of Heraklio in Crete where he is expected to explain in detail the circumstances of the crime.
