The GJKKO decided to confiscate 5 properties of Indrit Veizit and 6 of his family members and relatives, while rejecting SPAK's request for four other properties.
The GJKKO decided to confiscate 3 vehicles of different tonnages and shares in two companies, while 2 apartments, an agricultural land and a vehicle were released from seizure, through the revocation of the measure.
The decision was made today by Judge Flojera Davidhi, following the request filed by SPAK, that these 9 properties and assets came from Veiz's criminal activities in the field of organized crime, trafficking, corruption and other crimes, with illegal sources.
"SPAK on 24.11.2023 filed with the Court the request with the subject: "Seizure of assets against the assets of citizen Indrit Vezi, third persons citizens SV, DV, EV, FF, KR, Q.Ç, Trans Komod Company sh.pk, Matraku Trans Company sh.pk", legal basis law no. 10 192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the prevention and suppression of organized crime, trafficking, corruption and other crimes through preventive measures against property", amended by law no. 24/2014, dated 20.03.2014 and law no. 70/2017, dated 27.04.2017", announced today the GJKKO.
At the end of the process, the partial acceptance of SPAK's request was decided:
The following assets were confiscated:
-Bus vehicle, Volvo brand, black in color, manufactured in 1998 in the name of Indri Vezi
-A Mercedes Benz S300, black, manufactured in 1998, in the name of Indri Vezi
-Trailer, with a Purchase and Sale Contract, with the purchasing party DV, in the name of the Company DYLAVER VEZI Shpk with NIPT No. L2114503K, for the purchase of a KRONE SD K semi-trailer vehicle, with a transaction value of 11,000.00 Euros.
-Quotas as a partner in the company "TRANS KOMOD" Sh.pk with NUIS number (Nipti) L62420503D.
-The company as a natural person DYLAVER VEZI with NIPTI number L62114503K and exercising activity Durres, Neighborhood no. 14 Shkozet together with the assets of this company
Seizure of assets revoked:
-Apartment property, with an area of 103 m2, of Indrit Vezi, in Tirana
-Apartment property, with an area of 51 m2 of DV and EV, where the initial property value is 34,000 Euros.
-Arable property, with a surface area of 1809 m2 owned by citizen SV
-A blue Daimler Benz car, manufactured in 1997, in the name of Indrit Vezi, as it turns out to belong to citizen KR.
