The Special Court has confiscated the assets of Kejvina Kthjella.
It is about a gray Audi A8 type vehicle owned by citizen Kejvina Kthjella but indirectly owned by citizen Redjan Rraja.
Among the confiscated assets are the assets of Redjan Rraja.
Several assets have been seized from Redjan Rraja, including, in addition to the car, 1 apartment, 2 garages, 2 cars, two plots of land with an area of 30 m2 and 127.5 m2, a 'Rolex' watch and 2750 euros , while SPAK demands the confiscation and their transition to the state.
Redjan Rraja was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime for the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja on November 1, 2019.
The 38-year-old was convicted as one of the two executioners who fired volleys at the vehicle in which prosecutor Ndoja and Pëllumb Muharremi, known as Rrumi i Shijak, were traveling, who are considered targets of the assassination.
