Albanian Selamet Mehmetaj has returned to the attention of the British media, as he is behind bars.
"Daily Mail" reports that the 30-year-old sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison for participating in a criminal gang, has posted photos on social networks from the prison cell.
" Drug boss Selamet Mehmetaj posted images on social media after apparently having access to a cell phone that was allegedly smuggled into the prison.
Despite being jailed, Mehmetaj is back on social media and seems to be doing well since he was sent to prison. In the photos, the Albanian exposes his muscles, while accompanying the image with an inscription in Albanian 'Life is like a movie'.
He is wearing a white t-shirt from his brand that features three slashes on one arm, " British media wrote.
On the other hand, "Daily Mail" reports that the Albanian has posted on "tik tok" a photo of his car, which he apparently wants to sell, as it is said that the authorities have launched an investigation for the Albanian, after the denunciation made by the media for the phone.
In 2021, Mehmetaj fell victim to an investigation by the British media, which recorded him confessing to the serious crimes he had committed in Britain.
Nicknamed the "Drug Lord", the 30-year-old ran two cannabis farms hidden in suburban houses in north London, where he recruited illegal immigrants.
From there he distributed drugs worth millions of pounds a year across the UK with his younger brother Dior, himself a rejected asylum seeker. Mehmetaj, who is also known as Memzo, had previously used the account to brag about his lavish lifestyle.
