A 31-year-old man has been arrested in Vlora, suspected of having, in collaboration with two others, robbed three apartments and a vehicle.
According to the police, Emanuel Brahimi is the 31-year-old who ended up in handcuffs. Meanwhile, Gentian Silaj and Massimiljano Zenunaj are the two young men wanted, accused of three house robberies and one vehicle theft in the village of Fitore.
Investigations suspect that these citizens, in the early morning hours of 17.03.2025, stole from two apartments of citizens currently living abroad, as well as from the apartment of another citizen, from where they also took a "Land Rover" vehicle, which was found and seized as material evidence.
"The successive crackdowns against property crimes continue, a citizen is arrested and 2 suspected co-authors are wanted for three house burglaries and a vehicle burglary in the village of Fitore.
Following the work to solve the thefts that occurred earlier, and thanks to the well-organized investigative actions of the Vlora Police Commissariat services, it was possible to document three cases of theft, in the village of Fitore, Novoselë, the arrest on the initiative of one of the suspected perpetrators, as well as the announcement of two others as wanted, specifically:
The following citizen was detained: • EB, 31 years old, resident of Fitore.
The following citizens were declared wanted: • GS, 28 years old, and MZ, 30 years old, residents of Fitore.
Investigations suspect that these citizens, in the early morning hours of 17.03.2025, stole from two apartments of citizens currently living abroad, as well as from the apartment of another citizen, from where they also took a "Land Rover" vehicle, which was found and seized as material evidence.
"Work continues to locate and capture the citizens declared wanted, as well as to document other cases where these citizens are suspected of being perpetrators. The procedural materials were passed on to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further investigative actions," the police announced.
