The court session in charge of Talo Çela has been postponed again.
He learned that the session was scheduled to be held this Monday at 11.00, but due to the absence of judge Atalanta Zeqiraj, it was postponed to another day.
Zeqiraj submitted to the secretary a request for postponement, with the argument that he has health problems. The report on the health problem was given by September 26.
Since the jury was not completed, the session was postponed to October 1 at 11:00 a.m. where the Special Prosecutor's Office will announce the claim.
The much-wanted justice is tried in absentia for the robbery of millions of euros at the Rinas track, an event that took place in April 2019.
In this process Talo Çela is accused of "armed theft" and "structured criminal group"
