RENEA carried out several checks in the city of Shkodra. According to sources, 4 'prison arrest' security measures were issued in connection with the Dobraç massacre, where 4 people were killed. We are in a chain of events. The time that was chosen to carry out these checks, two apartments were checked, one of which belonged to Safet Bajri, with the aim of surprise , "said the journalist.
