The Greek police have filed a new charge against the 38-year-old Albanian Izbi Çaushi, who is in custody in "Koridhalos", arrested as the perpetrator of the murder on January 20, 2023 of a 47-year-old Greek in Kalamata.
The event happened due to drug conflicts, while 22-year-old Aleksandër Koto was also arrested together with Çaushi.
In recent days, the Greek police have discovered that despite being in prison, Çaushi has continued to trade cocaine.
He cooperated with his wife and a 42-year-old Greek from Kalamata. During the search of his wife's apartment in Thouria, 97.9 grams of cocaine divided into three packages, 1 scale and 700 euros were found in a backpack, while 16 grams of cocaine were found and seized in the Greek's apartment in Kalamata, while 500 euros were also seized.
According to the police, the Greek was supplied with cocaine by the wife of Izbi Çaushi, who acted under the latter's orders from prison.
