The 28-year-old Jurgen Cela, who two days ago had a serious accident with a 26-year-old Top Channel employee, has been released as a security measure and forced to appear.
Under the influence of alcohol and driving the vehicle in violation on Durrës Street, Jurgen Cela hit the 26-year-old woman who was returning from work on a motorcycle around 1:30 after midnight. After throwing her dozens of meters in the air, Jurgen Cela from Fushë Kruja left the scene, not helping the accident victim, who was taken to the hospital by some passers-by.
The 26-year-old woman suffered serious injuries such as broken limbs, ribs and pelvis as well as damage to the pancreas and liver and is currently in danger for her life.
The Traffic Police of Tirana continued the search after the case and a few hours later they were able to handcuff Jurgen Çela, who was arrested for two criminal offenses "Violation of Traffic Rules", "Leaving the scene". He was also tested for the use of alcohol which, although it was done many hours after the accident, resulted in 0.29 mg/l and the second test 0.28 mg/l. The forensic examination of the young woman was also attached to the Prosecutor's file.
But, despite the fact that for the Traffic Police of Tirana and the Prosecutor's Office of the capital, Jurgen Çela is completely guilty of the case, the Court decided to release the 28-year-old without any argument.
