
Convicted Nikolin Topalli sentenced to life imprisonment was isolated this Thursday in the special regime 41 Biss.
Topalli was convicted for intentional homicide in qualifying circumstances against one person in 20014, as well as wounding another, while he was kept in isolation in Burrel prison.
