The dynamics of the murder of Gjovalin Prendi, Roan Brahimi's father, on Thursday evening in Lezha have been revealed.
The perpetrators came from the Milot bridge, crossed the bar approximately 50 meters from the back of the bar and two people got out of the car and approached the door of the bar on foot and shot from the side where both were armed and only one shot. The incident occurred at around 7:52 p.m. and lasted only 30 seconds and the car approached the bar and picked up the two perpetrators. The car then headed back to Milot and burned it in Fushë Gjormë.
Journalist Igli Çelmeta says that regarding the investigations after the incident, the Lezha Police have searched several apartments and have escorted several people, including two brothers from the Gjeloshi clan, including Ardian Gjeloshi alias Marku. They were questioned for about 2 hours by the police and then released.
The investigation team's main focus from the investigations so far is revenge. Investigators are focused on the past of his son Sidorel Prendi alias Roan Brahimi.

The son of the victim of April 17 has also been investigated for several events, including the February 10, 2024 assassination attempt on Ardian Gjeloshi, where he was injured and the firm's economist was killed. The name of Sidorel Prendi alias Roan Brahimi has also come up in the murder of Gentjan Bejtje in Larushk, Fushë Krujë. An event for which his brother-in-law Ilir Beqaraj is also in prison.
