The very fact that the investigation continues despite someone saying that nothing more can come out, the Prosecution is obliged to carry out other actions and only after all the investigative actions are finished and when it is convinced that the true variant that it thinks that he has discovered, decides the end of the investigation, the taking of the defendants and the imposition of charges. When someone is detained or arrested, a charge is given for which the person is a suspect. I find it wrong to rush to conclusions.
I saw some people from politics who were professionals, but politics has forgotten their profession. At this stage, the categorization of the work is important, but the measure and the work do not always go hand in hand. In the first stage, it is simple, the police refer the incident and hand it over to the Prosecutor's Office. The master of the case is the prosecutor, there is no police anymore. In the first stage, you do not have the necessary evidence. I find it wrong to rush to conclusions. The court is more innocent in this discussion. The prosecution names the criminal offense and the court either accepts it or not. Intentional murder is not committed with a fist, coercion for giving property? This will have to be investigated.
The person is in custody, why should they scream? The goal has been achieved, his freedom has been taken away. I do not undertake to know the reasons why the institutions are involved in this media cacophony. The culture of communication with the public does not even exist to be transparent or they often rush to conclusions. It should not be incoordination, haste, lack of professionalism. But all this noise is meaningless because the person is in prison. If there are fluctuations when the prosecution has all the evidence, then we must worry about justice for the victim but also for the perpetrator. Even if he is punished, he deserves the justice that the law provides for him." - said the lawyer for Top Channel.
