A serious incident happened yesterday in Elbasan, where a police officer lost his life after a water truck fell on top of him.

It is learned that 62-year-old Edmond Brahimaj was helping a citizen to change the damaged tire of the vehicle. The traffic police officer was seriously injured and was immediately taken to the hospital, but unfortunately he could not survive his injuries.

According to the police, the incident happened in the village of Mlizë in Elbasan. It is reported that during the maneuver of removing the jack, the water tank fell on the 62-year-old causing serious injuries. While yesterday evening, the officer died in the hospital.
