As the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office has opened a third investigation against Emiljano Shullazi for the charge of "Providing the conditions to kill" Durim Bam, carried out in the form of a "Structured Criminal Group", he has shown health problems leading to urgent transportation towards the prison hospital in Tirana.

The urgent transfer of Shullazi from the premises of prison 313 in Tirana to the prison hospital took place 3 days ago.

The news is confirmed by sources near the prison police who said that after receiving the examination and health care, Emiljano Shullazi has returned to detention No. 313, being accompanied by numerous police forces.

Since April 2016, Emiljano Shullazi has been arrested by the Prosecution of Serious Crimes, related to the accusations of fines against several businessmen, including Ylvi Beqaj.

For this event, Shullazi was sentenced to 14 years in prison, while his 4 associates, including Gilmando Danin, received lower sentences.

But while he was serving this sentence, the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office opened a second case against Shullazi, accusing him and taking him as a defendant for the murder of businessman Vajdin Lamaj and his driver Artan Arsi.

But while this case is at the stage of finishing the trial in the first instance, SPAK at the beginning of June opened a third file against Shullazi, accusing him of having, together with Mariglen Hakaj and Satilijano Bashon, ensured the conditions for killed Durim Bami.
