Tirana police have launched a search for a vehicle and several young men who are suspected of brutally raping and taking a young man hostage.
There was a phone call that set the police in motion. Meanwhile, a video of the violence and kidnapping was published in the media. It is alleged that there was a large group of people who raped and then forced the young man into a car.
The incident occurred near the former Customs area, behind the Fole' residence.
