Two people have been handcuffed in Vlora after they violently stole bank cards and money from a person on the street.
Saimir Driza, 49 years old, and Deljano Lushi, 36 years old, in cooperation with each other, in the vicinity of the place called "Tregu i Orizit", blocked the road with a vehicle, AT citizens, and then took them by force to him, an old 100 thousand lek and some bank cards.
During the control carried out in Deljano Lushi's bar, the Police services found several doses of the suspected narcotic substance cannabis, which were seized as material evidence, together with the stolen items and the vehicle that the suspected perpetrators used to commit the crime.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora, for further actions.
