The police have managed to identify the perpetrator of one of the events that occurred in Tirana on July 24, 2025, when a quantity of explosive material was placed in the garage of citizen Elvis Kosova, otherwise known as 'Visi i garave', in the Liqeni i Thatë area.
The police announced that the perpetrator of these events is citizen Klodian Steli, 36 years old, resident of Fushë Krujë.
A person can be seen in the published video, who appears to have been identified by the vehicle he was driving after the incident.
After setting off the TNT, the perpetrator tried to hide from the others by entering the forest near Liqeni i Thatë, where he stayed for about 30 minutes. He then went out into another alley and left. His further movements were again tracked by security cameras, which made it possible to identify the vehicle used.
It is suspected that the perpetrator has fled the country, while renting out the car used in the incident.
"As a result of in-depth investigations, carried out by the services of the Police Commissariat No. 1, with the aim of fully clarifying and documenting the incident that occurred on 24.07.2025, on "Peti" Street, where a quantity of explosive material was placed at the entrance gate of the garage of citizen EK, they have identified and declared wanted the suspected perpetrator of the incident, citizen:
KS, 36 years old, resident of Fushë Krujë.
Intensive work is being done to locate and stop it.
"The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further action," the Police announced.
