The court of Shkodra has forced the appearance of the 4 police officers arrested by the Police Surveillance Agency in connection with the serious incident in Dobraç on October 30 where four people were killed.

The defense lawyers did not agree with these security measures, while the prosecutor Albert Murçaj asked for the security measure "house arrest" for the suspects. During the session, the four officers gave their testimony as it is learned that they stated that they did not know who the third person is and did not know whether or not he was in the vehicle with the victims and whether or not he was not injured.
" We are the second patrol that arrived at the scene and when we went we saw a lot of chaos, with many people who were there, about 50 people. We were not planned to be there, but we heard on the radio that there was a road accident and we headed there. As soon as we arrived we followed standard procedures. As soon as the ambulance arrived, we gave first aid to the injured who were still alive to transport them to the emergency room of the hospital. We have not known who the third person is. We had priority to surround the scene because it was complete chaos and to give help to the injured who were still alive" , the four suspected policemen who were released by the court are said to have said.
The four "Shqiponja" police officers in Shkodër were arrested by the AMP as suspects for the criminal offense of "dereliction of duty" in connection with the October 30 assassination attempt.
According to the AMP, the 4 police officers did not comply with the standard procedures of "Security of the scene" and escorting for identification of the persons found at the scene.
The prohibition order against them came after the reference made by the Regional Directorate of AMP in relation to the criminal event of October 30, in the Dobraç district of Shkodra, where still unidentified persons fired at a "Benz S-Class" type vehicle. , in which the citizens Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were traveling and it is suspected that there was another unidentified person who left the scene and the officers did not have accompanied him to the police.
Now the case will continue to be under investigation for the four officers will be free and suspended until the investigation is completed.
