Three months after the serious incident of dropping a quantity of TNT by drone into the rented apartment where Bernardo Sinomati lived, the latter has still not appeared before the police to provide explanations.
Sinomat and his girlfriend, Elena Arza, who was the person who had reserved the apartment through a real estate agency, have consistently evaded calls from the Tirana police to appear and provide explanations.
"Ora News" has learned that through official summons and telephone communications, Sinomat and his girlfriend were asked to appear at the police station to provide explanations.
But it turned out that they ignored these requests with the argument that they were abroad and could not come to Albania, as their lives were at risk.
The police's goal is to question them as persons who have knowledge of the criminal offense of throwing a drone with TNT into the apartment where the couple was renting.
Sinomat and his girlfriend Elena Arza were the targets of a TNT attack in their apartment on the 9th floor of a building in December 2024.
The amount of TNT was placed in a drone and the explosion occurred precisely by inserting the drone into the apartment balcony.
At the center of this assassination attempt is suspected to have been Bernardo Sinomati, a young man from the city of Vlora, who has twice escaped attacks with TNT and weapons.
The investigation has included the possibility of a connection between this event and the assassination attempt that was made about a week ago on Kevin Hajrulla, a friend of Inez Hajrulla's family. This is also due to previous conflicts between them.
The serious incident has now been registered at the Tirana Prosecutor's Office on charges of "Premeditated Murder" committed in collaboration with an attempt and "Destruction of property with explosives".
After the attack, it is learned that Sinomati has left and has not yet been found to provide his explanations.
The girl who had rented the premises was also asked to give evidence, but because she stated that she was abroad, she was unable to appear./ OraNews
