SPAK has closed the investigations and sent the case to the court for 20 defendants in the framework of the investigations for the "Golden Bullet" file.
The investigations have been closed for Nuredin Duman, who is an associate of justice, Henrik Hoxha, Skerdi Tasi, Enver Diva, Besian Xixha, Erion Alibej, Florenc Çekrezi, Elvis Koçi (Çaushllari), Ilirian Feci, Asllan Plaku, Ardian Uzuni, Altin Ndoci, Gentian Sharra, Agron Qoli, Petrit Qoli, Fatos Gosa, Agron Qafa, Agim Gjini, Xjulian Hoxha and Albert Pashaj.
While the investigations for Florenc Çekrezi have been dismissed, the charge of organized criminal group, but only for possession of weapons without a permit.
