A 36-year-old Albanian man was arrested by the Radio Mobile Unit of the Carabinieri of Perugia, and is accused of possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute them, resistance to a public official and failure to comply with a re-entry order.
The 36-year-old, stopped by the carabinieri during a territorial patrol while traveling in a car in the San Sisto area, fled on foot when the officers asked for his identification.
Thanks to the quick response of the police, he was caught and arrested. During the search, 12 doses of cocaine, with a total weight of 8.4 grams, were discovered, which he had hidden inside a cavity in the passenger compartment of the vehicle he was driving.
