"Police, police, no movement," were the cries of masked police officers during the arrest of Kleanthi Bylyku alias Armando Gega, suspected of being an accomplice in the murder of Renato Hoxhaj. The crime occurred on the morning of April 27 in the city of Vlora, and the victim was shot very close to his apartment.
A video released by the police shows the moments when a white Audi is stopped by operational troops and Bylyky, who was wearing shorts and no shirt, is taken out of the back seat of the vehicle. He is then laid on the ground and handcuffed.
In fact, the arrestees apparently didn't even give him the opportunity to wear slippers, since he was barefoot.
From the video, the police officers pointed their pistols at the Audi, while one of the officers is armed with an automatic rifle, which seems to indicate that the officer was afraid of a reaction from the arrested person.
