A disturbing video that has circulated on social media, prompting strong reactions.
The footage, filmed in the city of Korça, shows a pair of parents forcibly pulling and grabbing their minor child by the hair, in a violent and unacceptable act.
The Korça police reacted immediately, identifying the perpetrators. According to official sources, they are an Albanian woman with a Dutch passport and a man of Turkish origin, also with Dutch citizenship, reports A2 CNN.
Both were prosecuted for violence against a minor, and during questioning by blue uniforms, they justified their actions by saying that the child had insisted on buying toys and refused to leave without taking them, which according to them "forced" them to act in that way.
