Asked to leave the "41 Biss" regime, GJKKO rejects Anterio Kaloshi's request

GJKKO rejected Anteroi Kaloshi's request for opposition to the decision to put him in special isolation 41 Biss.

Through his lawyer, the person sentenced to life imprisonment requested the annulment of the decision because he did not show any danger and did not commit any violation inside the prison premises.

The court reflected some information classified as secret where they talked about some information about Anterio Kaloshi inside the prison premises.

According to the lawyer, extra legal means were used for Kaloshi. Kaloshi will remain in Peqin prison for 1 year under the 41-bis regime.
