SPAK operation where 7 criminal groups were hit, GJKKO's appeal upholds the measures for Cukal, Shullaz and the other defendants

The appeal of GJKKO has upheld the decision to leave Gjergj Cukali, Emiljano Shullazi and 10 other defendants who are accused of being part of the criminal groups that were hit by SPAK during an operation, as a security measure "prison arrest". that lasted two days (May 17-18).

The accused contested the decision of GJKKO, but the black squads have rejected their request.

Meanwhile, the complaint of Besian Xixha and Enver Diva has not been accepted by the Appeal of GJKKO.
