
A 33-year-old man, wanted a year ago, has fallen into police custody after being accused of being a co-author in a case of cannabis cultivation in Lezha, hit by the blue uniforms about a year ago.
In the framework of the anti-cannabis police operation coded "Next", developed about a year ago, Erjon Mirukaj, 33 years old, resident of Balldre, Lezhë, who has been involved in the field of narcotics before, was arrested after a year on the run.
His arrest came as a result of the investigative work of the Lezhë Police.
According to the police report, the 33-year-old, in collaboration with Erbardh Gjeloshi, who was arrested red-handed by the police a year ago, cultivated cannabis in a warehouse, using lamps, and in an open area, by the river Drin.
As a result, the Lezhë Court of First Instance assigned the 33-year-old the security measure "Arrest in prison".
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Lezhë Judicial District Court, for further actions.
