New details emerge from the SPAK operation, where lawyer Bardh Koçi was indicted.
According to SPAK, referring to telephone conversations between the lawyer and citizen Pranvera Meshi, it was evidenced that he requested money to influence the decision-making of justice officials regarding the case under investigation by the investigator Pranvera Meshi.
In the SPAK file, it appears that Bardh Koçi requested and received a preliminary sum of 1,000 euros with the aim of influencing the decision-making of the judicial bodies and specifically the judge in the case.
After the court session, the suspect Bardhi Koçi communicated with the suspect Pranvera Meshi and requested the amount of money, which was then sent by her via "Western Union".
But the data obtained from telephone and environmental wiretaps or observations conducted by the judicial police do not prove that he communicated with justice officials before the hearing, or discussed possible communications he had with officials.
But Bardhi Koçi, says SPAK, requested the money even though the exercise of influence over officials did not result in it being carried out, thus consuming elements of the criminal offense of "Exercising unlawful influence".
At 14:30 Bardh Koçi will be introduced to the security measure "house arrest". He requests a more lenient measure considering his wife's health circumstances./Ora News
