An 81-year-old man in Korça was taken to the hospital in a serious state of health and with multiple injuries. It is still unclear how the incident happened, while the police say that it is suspected that he had a conflict with a person in the apartment.
It was the neighbors who found the elderly man lying on the ground and called the ambulance. A neighbor says that when they entered the apartment, they found him covered in blood.
"After 7 o'clock, the neighbor comes very quickly and says come on, Gaqua is dead, the door was open and he was lying down and covered in blood. We called the ambulance, entered the apartment and saw that it was covered in blood and the house was very messy and with blood from all sides. The victim was moaning and giving unintelligible answers.
We took the hospital and the police, the latter came at the moment. He did not associate with anyone, only with the people of the palace, there are no relatives here, only the elderly sister. I didn't know anything about his problems, I only know that he is in serious condition in the hospital", said a neighbor of the 81-year-old.
