A financial debt of 30,000 euros, related to the supply of hashish from Spain to Germany, of the nephew of Bujar alias Arben Turku from Laert Haxhiu's group, is the main reason why in Turku's apartment, tritol is occasionally placed in Lushnja.
Laert Haxhia has been asking for payment for almost two years, but in no case has he been able to receive it, although he was promised such a thing, exactly by Bujar Turku.
The latter is also one of the eyewitnesses who was injured in the murder of Zamir Latif and Jurgen Hoxha in 2017 in Lushnja.
Through the testimony of one of the penitents of SPAK, "Ora News" sheds light on this serious criminal event, where for the third time the State Police suspects that the people of Laert Haxhiu have placed tritol in Turku's apartment, bringing only material damage.
The first time happened on November 1, 2022. The second happened on December 31, 2022, while the third happened on December 24, 2023.
In all three cases, there is a dynamic of crime, where the main motive for the destruction of the property with explosives is precisely a financial debt of 30,000 euros, which the nephew of Bujar Turku, Laert Haxhiu, has.
In the first two cases, the author of placing the tritol in this apartment is the repentant SPAK, Artan Tafani, the arrested in Greece Laert Haxhiu and Erisiano Abedini alias "Cano".
According to Tafani, Bujar Turku himself entered into communication with Laert Haxhiu that they would give him the euros, but such a thing did not happen.
While in the third case, the name of the person who placed the amount of explosives has not yet been learned.
The police of Lushnja are conducting investigations by interrogating several people, but the temporary resident of the house, Altim Lamçe, and the owner of the Turku apartment, have declared that they have no conflict and do not give explanations.
Meanwhile, in the testimony of SPAK's associate, Artan alias Marjus Tafani, provided by "Ora News", the full dynamics of the commission of this crime and the motive for placing the tritoli in the apartment of Bujar Turku are given.
In his testimony, Tafani shows that:
"...I want to say that I am the author of the event that happened at the end of October or beginning of November 2022.
The incident took place in Lushnjë, where I placed tritol at the apartment of Bujar Turku, which is located near the house of "Taullanje" across the canal.
The reason Laert Haxhiu gave me this order was because Bujar Turku had a grandson who lived in England and Germany. I don't know the nephew's name, but I know that he had only his uncle Bujar as a family member in Lushnja.
During 2022, Laerti sent Bujar's nephew a shipment of cannabis from Spain and unloaded it in Dulat, somewhere around 120 pieces was the first shipment.
Më pas tek dërgesa e dytë që Laerti ia dorëzoi në Gjermani, nipi i Bujarit i ngeli 30 mijë Euro borxh Laertit dhe nuk ja jepte...”.
Më tej bashkëpuntori i SPAK Tafani, tregon se: ”...në fillim nipi i Bujarit i tha Laertit se do ja jepte borxhin, por më pas humbi kontaktet dhe fiku telefonin dhe Laerti nuk po e kontaktonte dot më.
Laerti i kishte çuar njoftim disa herë Bujar Turkut, që nipi t'i jepte paratë dhe Bujari i thoshte: “...do t'i jap...do t'i jap...”. Këto muhabete mi tregonte Laerti kur takoheshim.
Duke qenë se paratë nuk po jepeshin, Laerti më pati thënë që do t'i bëjmë ndonjë gjë atij, Bujarit...”.
Tafani më pas tregon se tek garazhdet e dy banesave ku qëndronin në Tiranë me Laertin, mbanin gjithmonë tritol gjëndje që ta kishim për ndonjë ngjarje dhe mbanim 1 ose 2 kg, me kallëp 100 ose 200.
Tritolin e merrnin në Tepelenë tek Erision Abedini me nofkën “Cano”. Banesat ku rrinim në Tiranë ishin 2, njëra ndodhej tek “Green City” në “Astir” në Tiranë në një pallat në kat të 4, ku kanë qendruar mbi 1 vit aty dhe një tjetër po në “Astir”, ku kanë qenë në kat të katërt të një pallati, i cili poshtë kishte një Bar-Kafe me emrin "Grind".
Sasia e tritolit prej 400 gramë është përgatitur në shtëpinë bazë që ndodhet tek “Green City”.
Në rrëfimin e tij Tafani tregon se:”...në Lushnjë, më ka sjellë Laerti me një mjet Benz ML gri, i cili ishte në emrin tim dhe unë e kisha blerë me një dokument të falsifikuar grek me emrin Aleksandër Dhima.
Këtë automjet e kisha blerë tek një pikë mjetesh në Lushnjë kundrejt një kontratë të lidhur me punonjësin e pikës. Laerti më la tek urra e “Përroit” dhe kam shkuar në këmbë deri tek banesa e Bujarit.
Lëndën plasëse e mbaja në dorë dhe dorën e mbaja ulur. Kur arrita atje, fitilin e ndeza me çakmak dhe pakon me tritol e hodha në oborrin e banesës së Bujarit, i cila ishte ndërtesë 1 katëshe me mur.

Pasi e bëra ngjarjen, me aplikacionin “Encro-chat”, kam njoftuar Laertin që e bëra....Tritolin tek shtëpia e Bujarit e kam hedhur për herë të parë, e kam vendosur mesa mbaj mend pas orës 22:00...”.
Rasti i dytë, sërisht tritol
Përveç këtij rasti të dokumentuar në muajin nëntor 2022, sërisht Marjus Tafani, ka marë pjesë në vendosjen për herë të dytë të tritolit, po në banesën e Bujar Turkut. Qëllimi dhe motivi ka qënë sërisht i njëjtë, kthimi i borxhit prej 30 mijë euro që nipi i Bujarit i kishte Haxhiut për dy dërgesat me hashash.
Vendosja e tritolit kishte sjellë reagimin e Bujar Turkut, i cili e kishte kuptuar që këtë gjë e kishte organizuar Laerti, duke i çuar lajmërim se do ia çonin paratë.
“...pasi i vura herën e parë, Bujar Turku, i ka çuar lajmërim Laertit, që do ia jepte paratë dhe mos t'i bënte më gjë. Bujari e kishte kuptuar që këtë ngjarje ia bëri Laerti.
Even though he said he would give him the money, Bujari still hadn't given it to him, so Laerti told me that we were going to put the tritol on Bujari again. The second time I put tritolin on him on New Year's Eve on December 31, 2022, around 6:00 p.m., as far as I remember.
This time too, the same procedure, I prepared the tritol at home at "Green City" in Astir, but this time I took nearly 500 grams.
From Tirana to Lushnjë, Laerti took me with a gray "Golf 7" vehicle and left me on the highway. I had put the tritol package in the front pocket of a sweatshirt and walked to Bujar's apartment.
I threw the tritol from the wall of the apartment just like the first time. The second time it didn't make as much noise as the first time even though there were more explosives. Maybe the second time, it will have made a bigger hole and not done much damage.
After I did it, I notified Laerti in "Encro chat". In Lushnja after the event, Kristi Bixheku came and picked me up again, at the place called "Morri" and he came in a black "Opel Jeep" vehicle and took me to Tirana to the "Green City" apartment. Laertes was there and I told him how the event went...".
Both of these events, where the focus is the destruction of property by fire in order to obtain 30 thousand euros, are already being investigated by SPAK. But apparently the third incident recorded the day before, will pass to SPAK for further investigation./ OraNews
