Several drug distribution networks have been busted across the country in a national anti-drug operation launched yesterday morning.
As a result of the mega-operation National Temple 2, 273 people were arrested, while members of 7 criminal groups were hit.
Regarding the district of Durrës, at the end of the last phase of the "Tempulli" mega operation on January 22, 2024, 58 arrest orders were issued by the Prosecutor's Office and 3 arrest decisions by the Court.
Also, 52 prohibition orders have been executed specifically:
-47 restraining orders from the Prosecutor's Office.
-3 arrest decisions from the Court.
- 2 citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto outside the security measures.
- 11 citizens were declared wanted.
- 65 inspections of premises/apartments were carried out.
As part of this operation, the following were seized:
-1 kg and 120 grams of cocaine and 250 doses.
-8 kg of cannabis sativa and 500 doses.
-360 doses of heroin.
-1,200,000 ALL.
-14,500 thousand euros.
-1 pistol firearm.
-3 shotguns.
-2 sports weapons.
-23 vehicles.
-8 scales.
-3 cold weapons.
-44 cell phone.
