A 63-year-old man was arrested by the police in Lushnja after he tried to hit a female judge. The arrested person is Jorgji Kore, 63 years old. It is about a trial on property issues and after the court made the decision, the 63-year-old tried to rape the decision-maker.
"The 63-year-old man was arrested and detained for objecting to the judge's decision, during a court session on property issues, and then tried to hit her.
In the Lushnjë Administrative Court, during a court session on property issues, the citizen JK, after the decision made by the judge of the case, disputed the decision, insulted the judge and then tried to hit her, claiming that her decision was unfair because the property for which the court hearing was taking place belonged to him.
Immediately after receiving the notification, the services of the Lushnja Police Station intervened, which carried out the procedural actions for the arrest of the citizen JK, 63 years old, resident in Saranda.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions," the police announced.
