During the months of July-August 2021, encouraged and contacted by them, they followed the movements of the target with the aim of murder. After they could not commit the murder, Skonja and Feci withdrew and Kevin Zeneli, who is the person who maintained contacts and connections with Kassander Noga, was engaged in this group.
The brothers have shown that Noga's target was not only Geron Hasanbelli but also Arben.M from Sukthi, known by the nickname Maneci. According to the investigation file, Kassander Noga ordered the crimes through Kevin Zenelit.
It was Indrit Beqiraj who confessed to the prosecutors the plan to eliminate Geron Hasanbelli, showing that the sum promised for his execution was 100 thousand euros. Together with Kasandro Noga's trusted 'killer' and their friend Kevin Zeneli, they had followed Geroni's movements for 10 days but had not succeeded in executing him. Indriti said that he did not shoot on Tuesday, saying that he was bored, while he planned to commit the murder on Wednesday, but Geron Hasanbelliu no longer went to the bar he frequented.
The Beqiraj brothers suspected that Ilirjan Feçi had betrayed them and decided to talk to Kassander Noga through Kevin Zeneli, whom he ordered to kill Geron's nephews for 50,000 euros.
