A coded language was used in the notebook, from which, however, it was possible to decipher some symbols and some words that indicated the quantities and type of drugs.
SPAK announced the claim and demanded the punishment of 11 people suspected of being part of a network that supplied cocaine, heroin and hashish to drug dealers in several Italian cities.
All the suspects benefited from the shortened trial and according to the prosecutors, Braniol Lico should be sentenced to eight years in prison, Florid Vukaj, Lulzim Selimi, Dhimitër Nina. Alfred Luli with 7 years and 4 months of imprisonment and Alfred Luli, Gjergj luli Frančesko Ceci, Lorik Prengaj, Saimir Prenga and Gjergj Zefi with 4 years and 8 months of imprisonment.
The prosecutors told the court that the suspects, from environmental observations, found that they imported from 2015 to 2017 a total of 28 kilograms of cocaine and a quantity of hashish with a value of 960 thousand euros.
Based on the investigations and evidence collected, it is stated in the file provided by Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, the members of the criminal group communicated with codes.
Notes on the delivery of narcotics for the period 07.03.2016 to 29.11.2016 were found in the seized notebooks.

Below is the complete list of symbols or terms used by them:
- the symbol "S" refers to the narcotic substance of the marijuana type originating from Spain;
- the symbol "A" indicates the narcotic substance of the marijuana type from Albania;
- the symbol "H" indicates the narcotic substance of the cocaine type;
- the word "smoke" or "chocolate" indicates the narcotic substance of Iloji hashish;
- the word "piece" is used to indicate 1 gram;
- the word "package" is used to indicate 1 kilogram;
- the word "lek" is used to indicate the currency in euros;
the word "mule" is used to indicate the "courier" in charge of transporting drugs or money./ TCH
