Two powerful pyrotechnic explosions created panic on Sunday evening in the city of Saranda, around 8:55 PM.
The incident occurred near the area known as "Plazhi i Ri", where citizens were alarmed by the loud noise and the effect of the discarded tools.
Immediately after the reports, police forces arrived at the scene and began investigations to clarify the case. As a result of the actions, two people were caught red-handed and are accused of using pyrotechnics with a high explosive level.
The detainees have been identified as Ervis Ogici, 18 years old, born and residing in Saranda, and KK, 17 years old, born in Kozani and residing in Corfu, Greece. Both have been escorted to the Saranda Police Station, where procedural actions are being carried out.
