A 48-year-old man, suspected of being part of a criminal group for the production of narcotics, was arrested today in Tirana.
According to the police, Orges (Dritan) Jahelezi was declared wanted after SPAK sentenced him to 6 years and 8 months for the criminal offenses of "Structured criminal group", "Production and sale of narcotics", and "Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization".
"The police operation codenamed "Tempus" is finalized. The 48-year-old wanted man, sentenced to 6 years and 8 months by SPAK, for the criminal offenses of "Structured criminal group", "Production and sale of narcotics", and "Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization", is arrested.
As a result of well-organized work based on information provided by intelligence on the location of a citizen wanted by the police, the Special Forces Sector for Special Operations and Search organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Tempus", during which the citizen was located and captured:
Orges (Dritan) Jahelezi, 48 years old, resident of Tirana.
The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana has sentenced this citizen to 6 years and 8 months in prison for the criminal offenses of "Structured criminal group", "Production and sale of narcotics", and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization", the police announced.
